Our organisation was founded with two primary objectives: to provide pilot and clinical services and to share my passion for these fields. My personal qualities and values have been nurtured through my extensive experience of over ten years in the National Health Service. During this time, I have dedicated myself to volunteering, pursued a career with a focus on advancing Paramedics, collaborated with multi-strategic teams, managed projects, and assumed a range of overlapping roles. These roles encompass frontline work, education, leadership, management, and research, ensuring the holistic delivery of services to patients, employees, employers, and contract managers.
The determination to commit to full-time work, pursue a master's programme, and embark on an aviation career demands a substantial level of dedication, focus, and discipline. My passion for medicine resonates equally with my enthusiasm for aviation.
There are numerous skills, qualities, and values that seamlessly translate across both my roles in aviation and healthcare. Working with individuals of all ages, integrating services, collaborating with consumers and teams are all crucial aspects.
